RunPlashRunPlash Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the running-crew territory-battle app service provided by RunPlash ("Service"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Company.
Article 2 (Eligibility)
The Service is available to anyone aged 14 or older. Users under 14 require consent from a legal guardian.
Article 3 (Accounts)
Users may create an account via social login (Kakao, Apple, Google). Users are responsible for managing their own account information and must not transfer or share their account with third parties.
Article 4 (Service Content)
① GPS-based running records and course territory system
② Crew creation/joining and territory battle participation
③ Rankings and statistics
④ Any other services additionally provided by the Company
Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users must not:
① Manipulate scores through GPS spoofing, automation, or other abnormal methods
② Defame, use hate speech against, sexually harass, harass, or spam other users
③ Post inappropriate or objectionable content in nicknames, crew names, profile/crew images, or other user-generated content
④ Obstruct or threaten others' passage in real-world spaces
⑤ Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
Article 5-2 (Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users)
① The Company applies a strict No Tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive user behavior.
② Users may report objectionable content or users through the in-app reporting feature, and may block other users from their profile. Blocking a user immediately hides that user's content from your view.
③ The Company will review reported content within 24 hours of receipt and, if a violation of these Terms is confirmed, will remove the content and may eject the offending user from the Service (including account suspension or permanent ban).
Article 5-3 (Use of Paid Services)
① The Company may offer certain services, such as Event Run entry passes, on a paid basis ("Paid Services").
② Payment for Paid Services is processed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase systems; payment method registration, billing, and much of the refund process are governed by each store's own policies and procedures.
③ Paid Services are granted (entry eligibility confirmed) immediately upon confirmation of payment.
④ Users may request cancellation and a refund through the in-app "Cancel Participation" feature before the cancellation deadline shown on each event's detail screen. After the cancellation deadline, refunds may be limited except where an exception applies under applicable law.
⑤ No refund will be issued for failure to participate after an event has started without a valid reason (no-show).
⑥ Refunds are processed according to the refund policy and procedures of the store (Apple or Google) through which payment was made.
⑦ Disputes arising from the use of Paid Services will be handled by the Company in accordance with applicable law, including the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards (Korea Fair Trade Commission notice) where relevant.
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
"Territory capture" is purely an in-app data concept. The Company is not liable for any disputes, injuries, or accidents that occur in the real world. Users are solely responsible for their own safety while using the Service.
Article 7 (Service Changes/Suspension)
The Company may change or suspend the Service, and will provide advance in-app notice when doing so.
Article 8 (Changes to Terms)
The Company may amend these Terms, and will provide 7 days' advance notice via in-app notice and email when doing so.
