Delete your RunPlash account

Here is how to delete your RunPlash account and data.

Delete in the app

① Open RunPlash and tap the menu (☰) in the top left.

② Go to Settings.

③ Tap 'Delete Account' at the bottom and confirm. Deletion starts right away.

Request deletion without the app

If you've removed the app or can't sign in, email runplash@gmail.com. Tell us the sign-in method you used (Google, Apple or Kakao) and your nickname, and we'll delete your account after confirming it's yours.

What gets deleted

① Your profile (nickname, profile photo) and sign-in account

② Your run history and GPS route data

③ Your zones, crew information and notifications

Deleted accounts can't be restored.

How long data is kept

① GPS route data is deleted immediately.

② Other personal information is deleted within 30 days.

③ Records the law requires us to keep, such as payment and refund records, are kept for the required period and then deleted.
